Worked with Lowbrow Casual Restaurants to create a menu for their Taiwanese restaurant located in Manila’s first premium food hall. Using extensive research and studies on Taiwanese history and culture, this menu featured a small selection of classic Taiwanese dishes at affordable price points with dumplings made to order daily.
Quickly becoming one of Manila’s new openings to watch, this stall was named #4 on Pepper.ph’s Newcomers on Fire and was featured in numerous websites and in Let’s Eat, an insert in a national newspaper,
