Collaborated on the creation of a full restaurant concept focusing on the idea of the “power breakfast” for Lowbrow Casual Restaurants. Using research and studies on location, demographic, and trends, this shop featured a menu cantered on the idea of the “power breakfast”. This coffeeshop featured a menu of savory waffles inspired by international sandwiches and sweet waffles modeled after Southeast Asian desserts catered to young working professionals.
In addition to waffle plates and waffle sandwiches, the menu included a selection of 3 chia seed bowls featuring seasonal fruits and Filipino ingredients.
